Chicago – OptionsCity Software, Inc, a provider of end-to-end electronic trading software, has named Margaret Wiermanski as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Wiermanski, who most recently served as COO at Chicago Trading Company (CTC), brings over thirty years financial industry experience to her new role at OptionsCity. At her previous posts, including Chief Compliance Officer at TD Options and CFO of LETCO Trading Company, she developed and installed policies and procedures that conformed to industry best practices for accounting and financial management reporting, control and compliance functions and contract administration.  She also spearheaded the development of efficient workflow processes and designed technology resource allocation procedures. 

Ms. Wiermanski has been actively involved in many financial industry forums and committees and is highly regarded within the US exchange community. She holds an MBA in Finance & Economics from Loyola University of Chicago.
