Harry P. Lamberson comes from a legal, as well as a strategic and business consulting background. Following graduation from The University of Michigan Law School, Mr. Lamberson spent 29 years at the Chicago financial services law firm of Chapman and Cutler. Mr. Lamberson served on the Board of Directors of nine companies in the past, including four currently, which included Quantitative Analytics, Inc., a financial software company sold in 2006 to Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters) for in excess of $130 M, as well as Hull Trading Company, a proprietary options and futures trading company sold in 1999 to Goldman Sachs & Co. for in excess of $500 M.
Following his law career at Chapman and Cutler, where he served as a Managing Partner, Mr. Lamberson joined The Stafford Group, as Managing Director, Chief Administrative and Chief Legal Officer, involved in domestic and international proprietary options and futures trading, as well as private equity investments. Following the sale of the principal business of The Stafford Group to The Toronto Dominion Bank in 2002, Mr. Lamberson became the Principal of Lamberson Consulting Group, which provides legal, strategic, and business consulting services to privately held businesses which have an objective to fully realize their growth potential.
