Chicago, August 4, 2009 - OptionsCity™ today announced that the certification process for the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has been completed.  OptionsCity is now an approved vendor for electronic trading on the ICE.  Sugar options and futures will be the first product that OptionsCity will roll out to.

Chicago, August 24, 2009 - OptionsCity today announced that Neal Brady has been elected to the OptionsCity Board of Directors.  Brady, a derivatives industry veteran, is Managing Partner of Third Stone Venture Partners, an investor in OptionsCity.  With the appointment of Neal Brady, OptionsCity has expanded the board of directors to 4 members.

Atlanta (AP) - IntercontinentalExchange said Tuesday average daily trading volume on its futures exchanges increased 34 percent in July.

Average volume increased to 1 million contracts traded per day in July, from 752, 868 traded per day in July 2008...More
NYSE's Liffe Waives Options-Trading Fees to Attract Customers
Aut. 20 (Bloomberg) -- NYSE Euronext's Liffe derivatives market said it will waive exchange fees for some short-term interest rate options contracts to boost trading.
